waEV-charge, the next generation of EV chargers have designed their EV1 charger to be a cost-effective solution in enabling housebuilders to meet the new Part-S requirements.

The EV1 charger is an out-of-box solution and can be easily installed by the housebuilder’s electrical contractor, allowing for streamlined integration with minimal disruption and additional spend.

waEV-charge chargers are designed with the future in mind and are suitable for both commercial & domestic installs. They include lifetime, OTA firmware updates ensuring the homeowner has a future proofed EV charger solution.

Powered by ev.energy, the EV1 includes features such as Solar integration, smart scheduled charging & energy/cost monitoring and is fully complaint with the recent Smart charging regulations.

Ev.energy also enables building managers and homeowners to share chargers and get reimbursed for costs. The integration means commercial property developers and homeowners have access to fast, cost-effective, greener smart charging technology, while helping to open a network of rentable chargers across the UK, accelerating our transition to EV adoption.

Built with quality and safety at its core, the waEV-charge EV1 charger is both TÜV CE & UKCA quality certified, EVSCP regulation compliant, EVHS & WCS, OZEV approved and features O-PEN protection. RFID and WiFi Smart editions are also available.

We include a 3-year warranty from the day the unit is first used for charging and our support team are available online 24/7, should you encounter any technical issues.

The EV1 charger comes in 7kW & 22kW power options making it suitable for both domestic & commercial locations.
